This summer’s Pirate Party will bring a new level of visual effects and bass so loud it could open Davey Jone’s locker. With a wide variety of various kinds of art and music, allowing an “electric” edge; giving attendees the chance to explore, develop, and create there own inner navigator of the high seas. From live painting and showcasing of local handmade jewelry, to captivating fire­spinning performances; patrons are sure to be sensually bombarded, and encouraged to walk the plank of their own artist within.

Then search no further- The Pirate Party, presented by Musik Lives Here, is three stages 14 act’s of national talent, flying a jolly roger through the port royal of bountiful beats. Over the last six years, Pirate Party has grown into the biggest pirate-themed music and art festival in the Pacific Northwest. While Musik Lives Here has been producing Pirate Party, it has encouraged and inspired many people from all walks of life to come together and become part of the swashbuckling community. Surrounded by pirates, made up of friends and family, where a spirit of self-expression and a celebration of the arts is nurtured, Musik Lives Here productions continually strive to cultivate and celebrate community involvement, with a strong focus on safety and professionalism.

This year’s venue for the event will be located at 7 Rock Creek Rd, Clinton, MT 59825. Headlining acts will be brought in from all over the country, and production is currently set for stage construction.

RULES
Always be respectful to your neighbors, and their campsite. Be kind to each other, share space, and help someone else who is in need. Camping together is a beautiful opportunity to practice kindness, compassion, and to make new friends!

PARKING
There is a $20 parking pass per vehicle so make sure you car pool.
PLEASE FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS GIVEN TO YOU BY PARKING PERSONNEL.

NO PARKING ON OTHER PROPERTY IN THE SURROUNDING NEIGHBORHOOD.
YOUR VEHICLE WILL BE TOWED IF YOU DO NOT OBSERVE THESE RULES
ABSOLUTELY NO DOGS ALLOWED!
Dogs are not allowed in either the parking lot or in the venue itself because of the risks and impacts involved with having your dog at the show. Unfortunately, some will choose to ignore these rules, and will bring their pet and leave it in their parked car. Animal Control will break your car window to liberate animals. All dogs left tied up outside of the concert site will be immediately impounded by the local SPCA- THE OWNERS WILL BE CITED IN ALL CASES.

ARRIVAL & ENTRY PROCEDURE
Gates open on Friday, 9/8 at 2 PM (please do not line up for access into the venue before 1pm on Friday, 9/8 YOU WILL BE TURNED AWAY). Music begins on Friday evening.
The ‘Box Office’ and ‘Will Call’ will be located at the entrance. All entering vehicles will be processed through this area. Those vehicles where each passenger have their tickets in-hand will queue up to go through security, while those who need to pick up tickets at ‘Will Call’ will park in temporary parking and will join the search queue after tickets are in hand. Please be patient when traffic is at a standstill, STAY IN YOUR VEHICLE, and BE EXCITED!!!

VEHICLE SEARCH
For security purposes, all vehicles are subject to search before entering the property. If you refuse to have your vehicle searched you will be turned away- no exceptions. For security reasons we will not be allowing any oversized rental type trucks onto the property. The Box Office will be set apart from the concert grounds. You will be processed in your vehicles at the Box Office Lot and sent down to the parking area after going through security.

NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL
A variety of beverages will be available with proper ID.
ID IS MANDATORY TO PURCHASE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. Please note that vehicles will be searched upon entering the campground and all alcoholic beverages will be confiscated.

NO WEAPONS OR FIREWORKS
These items will be confiscated and violators will be promptly removed from the venue. Also, if you are caught with glass inside the festival grounds you will be removed from the property.

IN & OUT PRIVILEGES
Patrons will be permitted to exit and re-enter the event if they do so according to event requirements. We do encourage patrons to bring enough supplies for the entire event. During times of heavy incoming traffic, exiting vehicles may experience delays. A Cutoff Time for Re-Entry will be posted at the gate and visible upon exit. Vehicles returning after the Re-Entry Cutoff Time will not be admitted but will be permitted to park over night in the upper lot. However, patrons will be required to stay in their vehicles, no camping, and no cooking allowed. Intoxicated persons will not be re-admitted. Your vehicle will be searched any time you enter the site. All persons must have the proper event ticket or wristband and ID or they will be required to purchase another ticket.

MEDICAL & SAFETY
If you have a preexisiting medical condition please stop by the med tent and tell us about your condition so that if something happens later we will know a little about you. The main Medical Center will be plainly visible on the main road at the bottom of the hill just past the Lower Gate (look for the ambulance parked adjacent). Please locate this important spot as you drive in. Please notify any nearby event staff member with to report any medical or security issues.

SAFETY ISSUES
Drink and bring plenty of water!
If you’re going to consume alcohol, please do so wisely.
Wear plenty of sunscreen.
Carry and use a flashlight at night. Bring extra batteries.
NO OPEN FIRES, NO CANDLES!
Campfires and candles are forbidden. Safe camping stoves are permitted. Plenty of food will be available for sale

CAMPING
CAMPING SPACE IS VERY LIMITED, THEREFORE YOU MUST CAMP NEXT TO YOUR CAR and you will need to set your tents up as close as possible to one another. Please do not slow down in-bound traffic with requests to save space or go to the spot you were in at any time before; we simply cannot accommodate these requests and still fit everyone in.

RV CAMPING
Recreational Vehicles, RV Trailers and Buses will be parked in a separate area. RENTED BOX VANS WILL NOT BE ADMITTED. There are no electric hook-ups or dump stations available on site at all- not even for Artists and Crew. Anyone planning to bring an RV to the Pirate party MUST purchase an RV Pass in advance, and availability is very limited.

DAY PARKING
If you are not camping make sure that you turn right at the entrance so that you can leave after dark. Vehicles that park in the camping area will not be able to leave after dark.

OTHER CAMPING INFO
Pirate Party offers primitive camping only. The camping areas will be separate from the Concert areas. A variety of independent vendors will be selling food and crafts for the duration of the event. Ice and bottled water will be available for purchase. We encourage patrons to bring enough cash to last the Three-day weekend. Portable toilets and hand washing stations are located throughout Pirate Party.

DEPARTURE
Everyone will be required to leave the site by 5 pm Sunday, august 9th. Please take some time to help clean up the property. We are very excited to be allowed to have this festival at Rock Creek Lodge and would really love to be welcomed back next year. Therefore this is a “leave-no-trace” event, and if you see someone littering, tell them to pick it up, and help show them by example. Please remove all your own trash.
